This Pandemic had changed our life Upside down.Never In my life I have imagined that the whole world will be locked up.Well, atleast 70% of our global population is locked into our houses.
We are not prepared,Many of us hurried home and some of us were stranded.
I bet being at home with family/friends would have been much better than being stranded somewhere else. The struggle will start when you have an essential need or during an medical emergency.
Each state in India is working on helping the citizens in such cases.
But For people who needs to travel,
There were not much clarity on how to avail the travel pass.So each state government have come up with the online services to distribute the Travel pass, Of course not everyone can get it.You need to submit proofs and get it approved only for valid reasons.

How to apply for E-Pass
Visit the official website of the respective state, UT or city
Select the ‘apply e-pass’ tab and register through mobile phone if required
Fill the e-pass form with all the required details.(Mostly Address proof/PhotoID like Pan Card,Mobile Numbers of Travellers)
Upload the supporting documents, if any, and submit your application(Say,Medical certificate-Incase of Medical Emergency)
Once your pass is approved, you will receive the message from the authority
Take a print-out of the e-pass and carry it with you while going out
